(ps4) Stuck in loading and cant play for 7 days. We PAID but we can't play

A week ago i baught a car. I selected that and saw the car wamst loaded completely and was unfinished.suddenly the game crashed and i couldnt play solo or online so far.it will stuck in loading. I co...

    I was happy they released update and got more frustrated when saw it wasn't fixed
