PS4, Stuck on Press X screen.
Put game in. gets up to the press Xscreen Press X button. Nothing. Great. Search foir answers. Tried hard reset, nothing. Reset internet connection. Nothing. Updated game. Nothing.Rebuilt database on the PS4. Annnd ...... Nothing. Disk is brand new mint condish not a mark on it. I bought it 2 weeks ago and played it for the first time yesterday. Called Play station they couldn't really help either. Guess I got a faulty disk. At 90 bucks I'd like the thing to work.......
All fixed! Dunno what it was, maybe PS4 update 3.15 didn't install properly. Turned out EVERY game did this.I backed up my saves and reinitialized the console. Reinstalled everything and then rebuilt the database, played for 8 hours no issues. Got off it to see if it would work. Perfectly fine.
1.Back up everythung - USB etc. 2. Safemode - reinitialize system - option 6. 3. Install your backed up files. 4. Rebuild database. Done!
