R34 can't get the 13 level or above level Speed Cards.

Product: Need for Speed Payback
Platform:PC
Summarize your bug NISSAN Skyline GT-R V-Spec 1999(R34) can't get the 13 level or above level Speed Cards.
What is your gamertag/PSN ID/EA Account name? Plasma_Lighting
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Can you tell us the date (MM/DD/YYYY) that you saw the bug? 11/22/2017
What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM)

What happens when the bug occurs? I don't know. but I can't buy or get the 13 level or above level Speed Cards in Tune-Up-Shop.

I don't know why this happen. I can't get the 13 level or above level Speed Cards in bait crates or any events also.

    This is not a bug, the R34 only have 299,so there are no higher level cards than 12.

    really? then why they're limited R34 performance?  if that's the fact, I am really disappointing with it....

    Yes, some cars reach 299, others can reach 399

    Wont let me get level 13 parts for RSX S and it only lets me get level 13 gearbox on S2000 every other part only spins level 12 parts.  Also on a side note S2000 should be a 399 car it can go over 600hp. Same for alot of other 299 cars.  Also this happened on Ps4 at around 3 yesterday and this occurs 100%  everytime.
