Hi,
The security setting on his xbl account show him as a 21 year old. So ay above the rating of 12 for this game.
Xbox support told me that the EA account was showing as an underage account but again I've changed his age on that to show 21 so that's not it either.
The only common solution I have read about is linking his Origin account to his xbl account but I have no idea how to do that from the current Origin interface.
