Just an update to this case. I was able to get a hold of 3 live support for the entire day and there were very patient with my issue. In the end, they created, updated and gave me the contact information and how I can move forward with this one.

Here is the process for my case:

1. Please call https://help.ea.com/en/ [Removed by CM] 

2. When our advisor answers the phone, let him or her know you are calling about the escalated case, and the advisor will get you to the proper team.

Now my problem has been resolved, not the exact way I wanted it to work out but at least it was taken care off.

Thanks to Mark, Adam, and Harry (the 3 live support agents) who were really patient with me and to Kristen, the agent who was able to answer my call and route me to the correct department with all the notes needed for my case and finally to Ken S., the tech guy who stayed on the phone with me and troubleshoot for more than 30 minutes over the phone exhausting every possible scenario and possibilities.

Kudos to this and more power. I'm back to my old profile and playing online.

    hi its my first time posting in here, so im having the same issue with the auto log error 193 because I actually reformatted my psvita and change to new psn.. so what happen is that all of my games is fine except only nfsmw is having an issue regarding in autolog it say "you have previously connected to autolog with a different account"

    I would like anybody from EA or origin customer support me to help and also I cant call overseas no. from origin so I would you to email me for further solution on this. Here's my email [edit: email address removed] waiting for help for this and thanks good day

    The answer to this error is only in the Autolog , which now can be accessed only with mobile app. Look for  Need for Speed™ Autolog application on your phone.


    Once you log in you'll see your Profile on the landing page, but if you chose menu, scroll down to the end of it and chose Platform Select, the real problem will be revealed , a wrong username.

    Only solution is to force EA to fix this. Today I have found the core of the problem and addressed it to EA Help team , but somehow I dont think it will be fixed unless we all vouch.
