Re: Autolog profile picture won't change

The first time you upload it works fine, but when you want to change picture, it shows "missing file" browser icon.

I'm playing on the xbox but I'm trying to upload the picture on the autolog section on the need for speed's website.

So yes, it let me upload the first time, but it hasn't worked since. It tell me that I have successfully uploaded even though the profile pic remains as the old one.

I just had a friend of mine who can change his profile pictures perfectly fine for his account, log in to my account and try it for me on his computer. He also encountered the problem, so I think something associated with my account is messed up? Also it would be nice if there's a way to delete our profile picture and not add a new one. When playing on the Xbox, it seems to use our xbox gamer profile pictures if you haven't uploaded a picture on the autolog website, however if I have uploaded a picture to the website, that option seems to not be available to me anymore since there is no way to remove the image.

Yeh, I can tell the problem is in the EA data base. I tried uploading picture from diffrent PC's and browser and it's always the same error.
