@Alvin512 After the main story is complete you get a message what you can do else and at the garage there will be a little pop up "new level - new car unlocked" and it shows which cars the BMW is one of it.
If you didn't find the car in your garage by switching the cars out. Go to the dealership it should be unlocked there so you can buy it for 0$ or around 100k not sure.

    It was not in the garage, but it in the car dealer ship selling at 202k
