NFS no limits issue: not working tiles

Has anyone ever had one of these issues? Can you please tell me what troubleshooting worked?   I actually have multiple issues in my game. 

1. Middle tiles such as special events,  campaign, tunner trials, modshop etc. are not responding. However, upper tiles ( car garage & mission tile) and lower tiles (home, play, crew, pvp,) are all working well. To enter special events, I have to go to crew missions that is specific to special events because it has a "go to" tile that brings me to the special event. Or, I can use the "go to" tiles in daily missions.

2. When I click on crew cash, the screen freezes.

3. When I click on my existing sub special event, the screen freezes.

I already cleared cache, uninstalled and re installed. I think it's not phone related because the same issue arise when I am using my samsung tablet. Also, whenever I sign out and use a different email to sign-in then load a different saved account, the game worked well on that a ccount. When I go back to the other saved game, the issues returns. 

Clearly, this is not an issue relatwd to the phone or the network. It is a problem in my saved game itself.
