Players can play the game offline and that world will be filled with AI players that adapt to their progress through the game.
There are also various access options that allows you to restrict who can enter your world through AllDrive – you set it to offline, to friends or to anyone in the world.

What if i just woke up, my internet is down, i turned on the pc and i was already offline, but my need rivals is installed, and i once loged in, will i be able to open the game and play, even with my origin offline, and everything offline from the start?

If you kept Origin in offline mode without rebooting your system then you can continue playing. If you however rebooted your system then you will need to sign in to Origin at least once before you can continue playing.
