I have checked your account and I have also checked the servers for this title, there is no issue I can see.
I believe this is a connectivity issue.
Just in case, make sure you have downloaded and installed the latest game update.The patch / title update is available on the Xbox LIVE Marketplace.
If you are playing on Xbox 360, please enable the following online ports on your connection:
- TCP: 53, 80, 88, 3074, 16260-16263, 16270-16273
- UDP: 53, 88, 3074, 23600-23800, 33600-33800
