And you can only talk to other players in a public game if they are all on the same platform e.g. Xbox players can talk to Xbox players, PlayStation players can talk to PlayStation players and PC players can talk to PC players but Xbox players to PlayStation players won't work, PC players to Xbox players won't work, PlayStation players can't talk to PC players and PC players can't talk to PlayStation players, you can only talk to other players on the same platform as you!
