The single player is totally offline. They may or may not track that in SP mode.

Ok, thanks for the info!
Was just curious if ou could "cheat" the lootboxes, but they appear to be online only. If you get any achievements while playing offline and then connect to the servers, you will be rewarded the remainng boxes.
But seems like cash and cards are offline.
