True for the second point.

Yesterday I did the "Experimental quest" by Dex (Race's named Bamboo in english I guess).

My car is 333 IP and the best IP car was 270. 

The Porsche was litterally faster than me, passing perfectly all the curves without drifting. 

Depending on the track, it's really unbalanced and I really hate that.
