Thanks for the video, very clear. Can you try a repair, and update your graphics drivers? I suspect either there's a local corrupt file, or a video element that's crashing when it tries to render. 

For a repair on Steam

1. Go to the Library tab in Steam and select the Need for Speed Heat
2. Right Click on the game and click on Properties.
3. Select the Local Files tab.
4. Click on Verify Integrity of Game Cache.
