Is a Windows issues your problem and not Origin.
If the new account user don't solve the problem then the only way to get a FullScreen for Your Game you have to do a reset or restore or refresh or reinstall your Windows.

Yes @hosseindark you can change in Windows 10.
After Windows 10 it has finished installing you need to install the video driver.But so do so and not otherwise to be sure that you take the correct driver .For AMD - use this- Automatically Detect and Install Your Driverhttp://support.amd.com/en-us/download
For Nvidia - use this -Automatically find drivers for my NVIDIA products.
