I updated the audio driver what are available and are same, take a look, still game crashed. I even had the game crash(reboot) when I was just parked(still in one place) in front of the garage by itself didn't do nothing.

Hey, how many watts can your power supply provide? Sometimes a GPU upgrade requires an upgrade of the PSU also.
1200w power supply
Also I downloaded the need for speed (rivals) 64 bit, Rivals did same thing first then afterward I played for a while it ran good and now it started to do same crash(restarts computer). Also look my SimCity game it not turning electric on when I am zoomed out and away from city. These are the 3 games I am having trouble with. All games are on this same account.

For testing purposes, can you temporarily disable any security software you may have running, antivirus/firewall etc. and then perform a clean boot before starting the game:
Clean boot: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929135
This will help us determine if your issue is caused by other software interfering with the game.
If the issue continues then click on the settings button (cog icon) and the Repair the game, again retest once that process has finished.
Do post your results here, thanks.

Games themselves do not ever cause bluescreens, having said that, games can often expose an issue with your hardware and that is something you should address with your hardware manufacturer or local hardware support.
The restart is solved on my computer. I upgraded window7 to window10. Even with window 10 my computer did same first crashes game (restarted by itself). Then I changed my graphic card power wires from my powersupply unit hard wires to the modular connection that are available on my powersupply unit. So far no restarts happened while playing the Need for Speed. SimCity game issue I don't know what to do.
