You can still change the language by replacing a .dll-file in the installation directory and changing a registry value.
If you have the installation DVD:
1. Press the buttons Windows+R simuntaneously, type "regedit" and press enter.
2. If the user account control appears, click OK or Continue to proceed. If not, ignore this step.
3. Navigate to
"HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\EA Games\Need for Speed(TM) Most Wanted" if you have a 64 bit version of Windows or
"HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\EA Games\Need For Speed(TM) Most Wanted" if you have a 32 bit version.
4. Change the value "Locale" to en_US for English.
5. Look for GDFBinary_en_US.dll on your DVD and copy it to the folder "C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Need for Speed(TM) Most Wanted\" (64 bit) or "C:\Program Files\Origin Games\Need for Speed(TM) Most Wanted\" (32 bit)
6. Change the value "GDFBinary" to GDFBinary_en_US.dll for English.

Since Russian is the only available language option at the download, this method should not work. But the first one should...
