One more week passed and my problem still not solved.

Almost 3 weeks since i notify you first time

PLEASE, I NEED MY GOLD BACK!!!

    ...and after "some time" the response come:

    "After investigations, we've found that the claim was *inconclusive,* so we are unable to compensate in this matter."

    Look like no one even bother to check log file of my account.

    This is a joke support, I just wonder why even exist!!! 🙂

    You can reply to the ticket by writing to check your log file.

    Hi Unico,

    I already asked them and, as usual, silence.

    They simply don't care about this. Is a 5 min job to look into log file and see if i was right or not.

    I have again 1700 gold , hope this will not vanish again 🙂.

    The game is very poor in support and was made in hurry, jave many glitches and at some point become frustranting all this "malfunctions". The other day was missing 2 BP, today on an iphon of a friend was showing different quantities for each parts in storage when he change from "last" to "value" to "quantity" 🙂)) .... no comments!!!?
