To clarify:

• Your friend does not have graphics issues with his own PS4
• You have graphics issues on your friends TV with your PS4
• You have graphics issues on your 1080p monitor with your own PS4

The only conclusion I can draw from that, if I understand you correctly, is that the issues is caused by your console. It could be caused by a defect, or by settings. In any case, please do take a look at our basic troubleshooting steps. Please also take a look at the Video Settings on your console. It might also be useful to take a look at the Sound and Screen settings. Lastly, it might also be an issue with your cables, if you have any, try some other ones.
