I hope your issue is already solved as this was posted a long time ago. Sorry that I was not able to get to you sooner.
If you are getting the message that your code is already in use, you are logging in on the wrong account. In rare cases it could also be that your account got hacked which means you might have created a new account on the same email. Another possibility is that your game is under "Hidden Games" in Origin. To check this, click on the "Show" button under the My Games tab.
If you still can't figure it out, contact a Game Advisor here--make sure to select the correct country in the upper left corner of the screen. When creating your case, I advise to list your game code in the "Please tell us a little more about your issue" box when creating your query. This well help our Advisors to swiftly assist you.
