How to get air vent on mask

Hello I'm keep searching, but without result. I want to know how to unlock/achive, air vent on mask or air inlet. I want to mount it on my Mustang derelic, but i have no idea how to get it.

    Level up your derelict cars to Lv300 in order to unlock super build which it includes the air inlet. Super Builds are like a package deal. Lol.

Well now i know why i cant get it. My Mustang is racer class. Thanks for help guys. 🙂

Yeah I wish there were more customisation options on super builds. If I want a big intake on my race class car, they should let me add one lol. It's not a game breaker, but it would be nice all the same.
