FIX -
1. Write down code from Steam.
2. Close the game (completely).
3. Log In (or create an account) at EA website
4. Click on your "Profile" icon at the Top Left.
5. Two choices: "Log Out" or "Account Setting".
6. Choose "Account Settings".
7. You get the page "My Account: About Me"
8. On Left side of page, click on "Redeem Product Code".
9. Enter code you receive from Steam when you start the game, INCLUDING the dashes
10. Start the game.
11. Have fun gaming.
