Deleting and then re-downloading/re-installing the game is the next step here, a little radical but is the way to go if some of your game files are corrupt. If you are downloading the game rather than from disc then connecting your console to your router with a cable rather than via Wi-Fi is advised. Again, let us know how this goes, thanks.
