It's a known issue. Many people are having problems loading No Limits on their mobile devices. You're not alone.
Firemonkeys is investigating the issue since March 2, 2016.
Try these steps:
1. Force close No Limits and switch between your data connection (3G / 4G) to Wi-Fi and vice-versa.
2. Turn off your mobile device and turn it back on again.
