What system are you using?
You can delete your game save file on Xbox and PlayStation by going through your storage and finding the select game and save.
On PC, your save is stored in: C:\Users\***YOUR USERNAME***\Documents\Need for Speed Heat\SaveGame\savegame
This would involve completely wiping your game save, including all your money and cars. It would be as if you just installed the game for the first time.
