Re: Just reinstalled NFS Heat and I lost all of my progress.

unfortunately, NFS Heat only saves locally and not in a cloud - if you did a clean deinstall the last time you played, aka, there were no files of the game left on the PC and you didn't make a back-up of the files, then the save files are sadly gone.

Seems like great planning from EA huh. this has been a problem sense 2019 and there hasnt even been an attempt to fix it.

this thread is getting old, so I'm closing it now in accordance with our rule regarding necroposting.

I understand that it is frustrating to lose all your progress, however, there is nothing to be done, especially as NFS Heat is most likely not getting any more updates.
