Same problem. It’s killing me.

The missing one was in the tunnel. I didn’t think it was because there’s another tunnel one that I got before but this one is different. I got that one and got the game 100% trophies

I finally got it! They did move it underground. Follow railroad tracks 

Same for me as well. I've watched videos as well so know where it's supposed to be. Think it's been since the update. Will have to wait till next patch I guess, its driving me insane as it's literally the last thing for me to collect 

On PS4 is in a railways tunnel, the Access to it is close to the hill.

I got the same problem my mate find it but it was before the update but now I try to find it but is not there I thing something went wrong with update and it's my Last one to find :/

The flamengo disappear after the update my mate found all and I was doing it after the update and now is not showing any moren

After the update, the Flamingo was moved under the tunnel by the same place and is not by the grass anymore so it is not missing. Here is a pic for directions and a link to a video. Hope this helped. Link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wIQzaxTH-Mw

it wasn’t showing up above ground for me. i went to the tunnel and it was there. i provided screen caps as well.

Go to the street art just north of it and there is a train tunnel it's inside there
