Ya I only have those plugged in and I have even tried it with nothing plugged in. Still does it. I have rebooted and also reinstalled and repaired the game multiple times, but to no luck.

Yep I have tried the clean boot. Still nothing. I don't have another keyboard but I doubt that is the problem, works fine with all other games and this problem still happens even when the keyboard isn't plugged in.
DICE TeamCould you please post a dxdiag? It would allow me to have a closer look at which peripherals are connected to your system.

What mine does is when you try to cycle through the menu it won't let me. It will fight me and wants to just keep going up.
DICE TeamIn the dxdiag I can read that your system doesn't fully meet the requirements to run Need for Speed. This means that you might experience odd behavior in-game such as the game crashing or certain buttons not working as intended.
