By looking at the DxDiag it seems that the graphic card driver is not up-to-date.

Driver Version: 8.970.100.1100

I will try to find the last driver available for this card but in the meantime you can try to use the system on the AMD website (driver center) "Automatically Detect and Install" : http://support.amd.com/en-us/download

Please make sure your system meets the MINIMUM System Requirements

VIDEO:

AMD Radeon 3870 512Mb or better,

NVIDIA GeForce 8800 GT 512 Mb or better,

IntelHD 4000 integrated 512Mb or better

I get this DirectX crash: http://imageshack.com/a/img856/3746/f95n.jpg

The game runs flawlessly for 20 minutes at a time on max settings, then crashes out to that error box. All temps are great too.
I can't imagine that there any issues regarding the specs of the GTX 660ti. The Nvidia driver is the one updated yesterday, this crash was happening on the previous driver as well.

Sorry but i tried this link that you told => "Automatically Detect and Install" : http://support.amd.com/en-us/download and the last driver for my ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4650 is: 8.970.100.1100, Driver Date/Size: 4/30/2013 02:19:54, 1094024 bytes, take a look this image of Autodetect tool: AMD Driver Autodetect

The last one is: 13-9-legacy_vista_win7_64_dd_ccc_whql.exe

The minimum requirements is: AMD Radeon 3870 512Mb or better,

I have ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4650 1GB, My Computer 8GB RAM Memory

Display Memory: 4095 MB
Dedicated Memory: 1013 MB
Shared Memory: 3082 MB

Any other suggestion to fix it ?

This is an error on game !!!
