Please follow our connection troubleshooting articles:

In most cases this means that you will have to add an exception for NFS to your firewall and anti-virus. If you are unsure how to do that, try temporarily disabling those programs. Alternatively, you could do this via a clean boot, but this is not always effective.

That is possible indeed. The ports in the articles I linked are also for the Playstation Network, opening those should resolve any connection errors there.

Hi im tryingg to connect to autolog but im unable to proceed im receiving a message on my screen saying connection failed you must be signed in to playstation network and the ea servers in order to access the online features of the title. Error Code 800b0000 can someone please help me...

I'm having issues too. Bought game second hand could not get online pass.

purchased today and downloaded it into PS3 and still no connection. I am connected but getting error code 800d0000.

This is not satisfactory when money is being paid for a product that does not give out its full benefits your paying for.

servers cannot be down as I have it online and working on one PS3 but not another. Strange.

please help E.A, the game is brilliant.
