Whenever I try to load NFS Heat using Steam on PC, the game has a memory leak and the video that plays when the game is launched as well as the main menu has super low frame rate. Trying to enter the game itself results in a slideshow and is in an unplayable state.
I meet the recommended requirements provided by Steam to run the game, and adjusting my graphics to minimum doesn't improve performance or frame rate.

I have tried this already and it has made no difference to the game's performance.
Can you list your PC specs?
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D 8-Core
GPU: AMD Radeon RX 7800 XT
RAM: 32GB
OS: Windows 11 Professional
And the game is installed on a 2TB SSD.
Your system is definitely not the issue. Have you tried talking with EA support?
I have, and they told me to make a forum post about the issue, other than that I just get the same response over and over linking me to a general article in which I've already tried every suggestion in it, multiple times.
