Maybe you can try to reinstall this patch by clearing the cache, here are some guidelines.
Is it a physical copy of the game? If so please verify that the disk is clean/undamaged.

I downloaded NFS Hot Pursuit on the PS Store, I installed the game but when I want to start a race, I have a black screen. I deleted my save and it still does not work. Always this black screen. Give me a solution to this problem please.
