I can't believe support doesn't even exist for this topic.  Maybe if I use a little profanity, someone will read.

EA, it's 2013.  We need to be able to customize the controls on any PC compatable controller.  You cannot play a racing game very well on a keyboard.  This is not acceptable in any possible way.  WE NEED TO BE ABLE TO CUSTOMIZE THE CONTROLS.  Oh, you probably made a deal with Microsoft so they can sell more xbox controllers for PC JUST to even play the game.

What about people who are disabled and need to customize the controls to fit their disability?  Ever think of that?

So, just one last time.  Yes, without a doubt, we need to be able to customize the mother**bleep**ing controls.  You've got a week to update the game, then I'm getting my money back.  I'll call the BBB if I have to.

Oh, and BTW- I'm dual 690 hydrocoppers over here, and I expected the detail level to be much better.

Yep, I am disabled and now have to drive with R2.  Crap.  It used to be X and was awesome and therefore made it my favorite game.

I love the NFS games, I own almost all of them, but now I am getting foot cramps because I have to twist my foot all the way around the controller to hit the most used button in the game.  

How am I supposed to waste countless hours of my night after work when I have to quit and strectch every now and then?  😕mileyhappy:

iI just received it as a gift for PS4 and it is unplayable for me too (without remapping).  Previous title have at least had multiple presets.

I do, however, offer a PC fix.  There is a small free program called "glovepie" that allow you to remap any control.  You make your own tiny script like "w key = controller up" and so on.  Only the keys you want to remap.  Run it before you start the game and problem solved.  It's not hard and there is actual online help...unlike EA.

Patch this game EA...listen to your audience.

I have only one arm (left) and I struggle with the x box one remote already and now in nfs rivals I cant  even change the controls.
