Tom thanks for the reply but I've already tried restarting I've tried reinstalling and even waiting after the install to update the game now when I try the game it says that it can not find a server I troubleshoot and got the network settings and everything shows that multi-player connection good and my NAT type is open

The fact that so many people are having issues but not having issues with other Xbox live or Playstation plus problems is because the issue is with your servers I haven't seen a post by ea for an official apology or an estimated time of when this issue will be fixed in this instance where I've spent this much money how can I return it now most places have an open software policy I would hope that ea will back up their own product

Currently on my 4th reinstall and honestly I'm not sure how i even feel about this game anymore. With all the issues I'm facing trying to play it, i don't even really want to play it anymore. So much for this being the best NFS since the original Most Wanted 😞😞

For a game that looks as good as this one to open the game when it comes out to have it be online only and then even be able to play the dang game is a huge and utter disappointment to many people pay there good hard earned money on games like this to not even get to play and then to have to go through hours of stupid troubleshooting issues that shouldn't even be showing if it doesn't work soon Need for Speed has lost my money.

After working with this problem for some time, I think I have discovered a work around for it. I tried uninstalling/reinstalling twice with no luck. I also tried resetting the game data, also- with no luck. I tried rebooting the xbox one, also- with no luck. I kept seeing the eternal loading screen/ infinite loop. What worked for me, and may work for you as well, was powering down the system and physically unplugging the power cord to it, and leave it unplugged for around a minute or so. Then, plug it back in, restart the system, go into the settings of the game after starting it, then reset the game data, exit out back to the xbox dashboard, then re-start the game. I know all of that sounds like a lot to go through, but it was the only thing I tried that ACTUALLY worked for me. I hope EA fixes this issue soon. It's a real buzz-kill!
