Hello EA very very frustrating situation that you have on your hands thousands of customers just dropped 60 to 70 dollars on a video game that should clearly be functioning on Launch day. Even with the closed beta/five day trial it would just make sense that a game that's been focused on originally being a single player experience that you can share with your friends has turned into a persistent online only game where these issues that should be number one priority throughout gaming production are rearing it's ugly head. I am one of those thousands and thousands of customers who purchased the game Launch day and am experiencing that common issue of an infinite loading screen. What is going to be done to rectify this why make a game persistently online if online only is not working from what it sounds like from when you were even doing the trial runs hopefully this shows that being online only in certain aspects does not work look at Forza Horizon 2 for example that game has a very very in depth multi-player experience but does it require a constant connection nope Thank you for wasting $74.19 of my hard earned money I hope the issue gets resolved soon*putting in forza horizon 2 disc in*
