Hello Tom,
I did both of these things and I noticed that the issues were completely gone.
Another thing that I noticed is that this game is incredibly well optimized, my PC just meets the minimum requirements but it can run the game at medium-high.
Thank you for supporting me with this issue, you made my game experience a lot better.

You just made my day! Thanks for your kind reply which will make me go into the weekend as a happy man. I am glad that I was able to assist you. I hope that you're having a blast in the game meanwhile.. 🙂
Have a good weekend,
I am facing the same stuttering issue. I tried disabling the origin overaly in-game. it didn't fix it. Strange thing is, it doesn't happen all the time. if I play thrice in a day, it will happen once. the next time I start the game, it will disappear. I have played for 86 hours so far and I can say out of that at least 80 hours I have played without a single stutter. so it is not my pc hardware or the game. is it the net? is it possible to face stutters due to network issue? it also happened where the game was stuutering, I reconnected to the servers and it disappeared. but when I reconnected again, it once again started stuttering. I need help!

Your description of the issues does make it seem like this could be caused by high latency. Try restarting your modem and system which might resolve the latency issues. If you aren't doing so yet, also be sure to used a wired connection directly from your system to your modem. Note: other people using your network might affect your gameplay.
Please also add a dxdiag to your reply so that I can have a closer look at your system.

Intel i5 7400
8gb ddr4
Gtx1050
