You have to go to:

Main Menu --> Settings --> Game Settings

If you are currently connected to a server, on that 'screen' you will find two options:

Find New ALLDRIVE Game: this option closes your connection to current server and connects to another server.
Play Alone: it does the same, but there will be no other players, only the bots. Crew features won't be available.

That's all! :-)

Note: EA will send me now a nice mail giving thanks for doing this job. They are very happy when a customer does Customer Support tasks for free. They save lots of money!

So yeah, after one year and two months, here I am, still playing that great game and waiting for someone from EA to answer my post 🤓
I should say that I noticed the new feature you added to the problem you have with your servers: many thanks, it is really nice to be playing, and then suddenly receive the well known message about the server disconnecting in 30 minutes, and then, after 2 or 3 minutes receiving a new message informing the server will disconnect in 15 minutes, and then after 1 minute, receiving a new message informing the server will disconnect 30 seconds.
Time goes by really fast on your servers 😉
I learned the lesson very fast as well: now, when I receive first message ('30 minutes' of your servers, around 5 minutes in real life), I instantly stop drifting or whatever I am doing in game and I look for a new server.

Hello! Anyone from EA there?
Are you working on the fix for your issue in your NFS 2015 servers? On August 25th I received a mail from Customer Experience stating:
we have been receiving similar kind of contacts from other players as well. Our developers are working hard to fix the problem in timely manner
So, how is it going? When do you estimate the issue will be solved?

Happy 2023. I started playing this game again for the first time in 6 years. I assume this problem still goes on for everybody so I might join this topic waiting for updates. It would actually be nice to have an answer from someone from EA.

ok they touch some boys, but they are so great and eteraining us for years, and btw all people like kids, its natural, so its probably only gossip, ehh wait, wrong forum, that was Michael Jackson..............
so thats just the test of support, you can start placing bets if they even bother to ban me or delete this message :-) (at least you will now they read it :-))

Yeah, December 2023 and still having this issue… what the heck EA answer us.
