DICE TeamNFS Carbon is an older game that is not designed for Windows 10. We currently don't have a digital version available for the game, and a disc version certainly won't work with Windows 10.
In some cases, fans create their own patches or tweaks to still get older games running on newer systems. If you are keen on playing the game, then you might want to do a web search to see if any of such fan-made releases are available.
DICE TeamWe try our best to add as much old games as possible, but this is not always possible for various reasons; e.g. servers being down, or certain functions in the game no longer working.
Specific to MW and Carbon, I'm currently not aware of plans to add those.
Servers for Carbon are still running, but converting a disc based game to a digital download requires removing / replacing the security check code for the disc. It seems unlikely that any of the developers that worked on the older games would still be around and/or available (as a consultant) for EA to make such changes.
