Already posted a thread about this a few days ago with a simple solution and agree the lack of replay ability is worrying.

I figure the best and easiest way for the devs to extend this games life is to add leaderboards tracking players/crews with highest reps or scores in a single night.
Letting us level 50’s with nothing else to do compete on the board giving rep and night time a purpose again.
Also fastest race times and highest scores on drift/speed traps would have me going around the map for hours setting high scores.
