Re: Nfs heat all progress lost

Same issue here, I didn’t go further the choose difficulty screen just in case, but my data is apparently lost.

Furthermore, I am a member of a crew, and a friend of mine told me he stills see me and my SVJ in the crew showroom in the garage.

So the server might still think I have all my content, I don’t wanna overwrite it.

 Cloud Save is on.

this issue has happened to me aswell, as i had an issue with my playstation so i had to reset. all the games i have saved except for NFS Heat, even my progress on FIFA 20 (an EA game) saved.

Yo same for me, and not only did this happen on nfs heat, it also happened on nfs payback. I had 92 hours on payback, then i started the game and it made me start from the very beginning like i never played the game before... im tight please help

This bug is still happening in December of 2020, i got to rep level 17 last night and finally got the car i wanted. My game crashed last night so I got off after that. I get back on this morning and I have nothing besides the 180sx I started with. I might never pick this game back up unless my progress is recovered.

I switch from ps4 to ps5 and my save data is not working and is giving me a warning that if I don’t upgrade my save data that im going to have to delete my save files 

I lost my all progression on nfs heat i try to recovery my save data on online stroge but my progression still on rep level 1

Hi there,

I previous 100%'d NFS Heat when I had an EA subscription through Steam.  I since let that subscription lapse and recently renewed it through the EA Play app.  Now when I open NFS Heat through the EA app it logs me into the exact same account (all of my records on every track are saved with the cars I used to get those records), however my garage is completely empty, the story started me from the beginning, and my bank is empty.

Is there a way for me to recover all of my lost cars from when I was playing through Steam?  It's the same account because my friends are able to see me online in game.

Also, if there's a way to recover the lost cars and skins without deleting my current data that would be perfect.

I’ve been playing the game all day and I was in the dealership when my power went out I turn my ps5 back on and all my saved data is gone story cars this is frustrating and stupid is there anyway to fix it and get my stuff back

Same here. The game has started from scratch but my trophies are still there? I losta all my progress can EA please give us back our progress!

Hi , i've played nfs heat before , and decided to download it again however my progress is all gone . Can someone please help ? Its on ps4 and yes , last time was on this same ps4 as well .

I know my progress still exists because in one of the challenges (time trail on the railway) the ghost is my record from that time
