Re: NFS Heat Inventory sync bricked?
Hi, yesterday I was playing NFS Heat with a friend on PC when my PS5 suddenly shut down in the middle of an online match. After restarting the console, every time I've tried to play online, I get the messages shown in the following lines and I've also lost over $150,000 in-game currency.
When I tried one of the solutions I found online, which involved deleting my save file and starting over, I was able to play online, but that's clearly not a solution since I've already completed the game 100% and have nearly 120 hours of playtime...
Error code: 40050000.
Date and time of the error: March 22, 2026, at approximately 4:00 PM CEST.
Device type: PS5 Slim.
Troubleshooting steps I've already tried:
- Restarting the console.
- Restoring system licenses.
- Rebuild the database.
- Import old saved games.
- Delete my saved game and start over (the only option that allowed me to connect online, but it's not ideal since it could fail again).
I hope this can be fixed. From what I've seen on the EA forums, Steam, Reddit, and other platforms, it's a recurring error, and it also prevents you from playing online. However, this is the first time I've seen it since I bought the game shortly after its release.
