@6206401019 Not really adding to the "fun", but a quick easy and guaranteed solution to escaping police is to use a jump over water, they are unable to follow for some reason.
Also driving into canal works, as they carry on by whilst you respawn stopped so can drive the other way, but not as effective as bridge jump.
