@JJFLASH86 No you dont need too play it online if you dont want too, the SP and MP are separate. The sp is a campaign where you rank up as a cop and racer, the MP is a online lobby with diffrent gamemodes. No you dont need too buy the game again, the day you upgrade from PS4 too PS5.
