Yes i've tried upload my old save(lvl31) to the cloud.
Now, what should I do with my google account. When I sign in, it says something about game data changed, and then restart the game. It still have the same data(lvl14). I've tried download data from cloud, but ended up as the same lvl14 data.
Should I reset data?please anybody knows. @EA_Zoe?
Can I transfer my device save to my Google Play account?
Please I've been waiting for like weeks. If I can't. I'll just uninstall this game for good.- Anonymous11 years ago
Sorry for the delay @peerapan007, I needed to gather some information first. You cannot replace your level 14 game by your level 31 game on your existing Google play account.
You might try to create a new account and link this new account to the data saved on your phone. If this doesn't work, you will need to wait for the technical support to come back to you though. They are the only ones with the tools to investigate or take action on your account.
