Hi, I've got the same issue here on ps4. I've bought the deluxe upgrade a week after the release of the game, until the last month everything went normal, but with the last upgrade I can't drive anymore the platinum cars and if I try to install the deluxe upgrade from the game store it says that is purchased but if I hit "install" It doesn't do anything. Help guys!
