This is the same issue i also have. pressing r1 wont allow access to the mission. i had to restart the whole game. yet to reach that stage yet. lets see. i did update the game and that didnt fix it either.

- Yes you need 5 car types in order to finish the story mode. And possible you need two cars for each class (one early game to max 299 and one late game to max 399)
But you don't need to by them all for starts. I did offroad, drag and drifting first then went to race and runner. Okay, I have all 5 cars purchased, and all the leagues defeated. And nothing... It won't even show the event. What the hell?
Is there any fix?
