If you are not the owner/admin. of your network then you will likely not be able to change the location of your Documents folder.

Otherwise, moving the folder to a local drive should help here.

    Thanks, but moving my documents folder to a local drive kind of defeats the purpose of having fully backed up network storage.

    What's even more interesting is that the game is able to create some of the folders it needs, but not others, so there must be a bug with the way it tries to access these files somewhere.

    I guess I'll just have to run the game as a local user, kind of annoying.
