On PS4 platforms usually you have to restore the licences: PS4 - My DLC content is missing

• Restore Licenses
  If you become unable to start content you downloaded from PlayStation®Store or become unable to use add-on content, this might fix the problem.
  Select [PSN^SM] > [Restore Licenses].

• Activate Primary PS4
  Setting your PlayStation® 4 as your Primary system

• If it’s a physical copy: Insert disc in  the system
