You can check your installed version of NFS Rivals if you go to Control Panel -> Programs and Features. Just hover over "Need For Speed Rivals" and you will be able to see the version number on the bottom of the screen or next to the program's size, in my case version 1.4.0.0: https://i.imgur.com/4AcvK3f.png
