yes i figured it out, basically open volume mixer and undert need for speed heat, i think it has to be open but im not sure, do not make it default, change it/ select the actually speaker, works great now!!!! 

basically what the story was i was getting the same issue, i connected it to my tv and it worked great, so it was a speaker issue, voliume mixer is retarted!
